Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Manage Project Costs-Allocate Project Costs

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Approved time cards do not seem to import to Projects when running "Import Cost"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see the available Timecards getting imported

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create and approve a time card
2. Run Import Process
3. No Data selected for processing
