Error when posting journals

When trying to post journals we get this error: Error - Posting cannot be completed because the balances cube is unavailable. The addition of new segment values may be the cause. Resubmit posting after five minutes

After run "Update Balances Cubes Chart of Accounts Dimension Members and Hierarchies" program and checked the log files we see:
