Error When Posting Journals (Doc ID 2319571.1)

Error when posting journals

When trying to post journals we get this error: Error - Posting cannot be completed because the balances cube is unavailable. The addition of new segment values may be the cause. Resubmit posting after five minutes


After run "Update Balances Cubes Chart of Accounts Dimension Members and Hierarchies" program and checked the log files we see:

uploadDataToStandardCube(): The list of Missing members  :: 1-1
writeLineToEssOutFile: Start  
getOutputFile: Attempting to get LogFile from ProcessHelper 
writeLineToEssOutFile: End  
uploadDataToStandardCube: Error::Data is not loaded, because of missing dimension members. Please check the output file. Add them and re-submit the Refresh Balannces program.
uploadDataToStandardCube: Uploading Actuals data to STD Cube failed ... Error::Data is not loaded, because of missing dimension members. Please check the output file. Add them and re-submit the Refresh Balannces program.
refreshBalancesFunction: Uploading data to Standard Cube failed... Error::Data is not loaded, because of missing dimension members. Please check the output file. Add them and re-submit the Refresh Balannces program.
Refresh Balances program has failed for ledger name = Lxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx .... Error::Data is not loaded, because of missing dimension members. Please check the output file. Add them and re-submit the Refresh Balannces program.
Refresh Balances program has failed... Error::Data is not loaded, because of missing dimension members. Please check the output file. Add them and re-submit the Refresh Balannces program.
Releasing Root AM...
