Restrict Users To Modify Asset Created By Them One Asset Book (Doc ID 2327335.1)

Goal

Users are creating Asset using Add Asset Form. All users are given Access to one Single Book.
When Users creates an Asset and Use Save and Close . Asset is shown as Incomplete Assets.

All users can modify and Submit Assets created by any other user.
Requirement is all users should modify assets which are created by them.
Others users should not see or at least not submit the asset created by other users.
How can we do that?
