While submitting the PO for approval, following error occurs.
This is happening while creating approval rules BPM Worklist UI.
An error occurred in your request for approval. Contact your help desk. (PO-2055548) Details: Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: , Server Domain:, Server Instance: {DB_INSTANCE_NAME}, Application Name: {APPLICATION_NAME}, Additional Information: .

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new PO
2. Submit for approval
3. Get the error
