Goal
On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Manage Awards
Contracts that were previously closed need to move to open, have modification, so we can make updates to the project.
This worked on several, but for some of the contracts that remain in a status of 'Pending Approval'.
When reviewing history they appear to be approved but the overall status will not change.
