Data Change of Performance Calibration Rating Distribution for Doc Type does not reflect dynamically

Goal
When Manager try to change Performance Rating of workers in Workforce Compensation Performance Task,
Summary Table and Rating Distribution are not reflected dynamically and Only entered Performance Rating are listed in Summary table
so the rate distribution for all subordinate workers are not shown
in the case when the Compensation Plan is configured as allocating Performance Document Type for Performance Rating.
(But in case when the Compensation Plan is configured as allocating Performance Document Template for Performance Rating,
the behavior is different, data change reflect dynamically)
