DocuSign integration on Oracle Fusion

After setting up the details for DocuSign in Oracle Fusion, the error as attached in the screenshot is obtained when it is attempted to sign a contract from Contract Header page (Actions>Sign Contract).


11512910: Guid should contain 32 digits with 4 dashes: xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup DocuSign
2. Create a contract
3. Approve the contract - contract is approved and status is Pending Signature
4. Go Actions > Sign Contract
5. DocuSign window opens up where you can enter tags for signature, signed date, etc.
6. Click "SEND" and the reported error occurs
