Symptoms
When running the accrual process for selected plan, getting an error message for all employees.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a. Navigate to Person Management
b. Query for any person
c. Run the 'Calculate Accrual & Balances' ESS job
d. Error is thrown
