Intercompany Transaction Attachments Are Not Being Imported On GL Journal Entry Batch (Doc ID 2383400.1)

Goal

In the Intercompany Accounting module some intercompany batches are created with files attached to them for supporting documentation.
When the intercompany batch is transferred to General Ledger the resulting journal with source Global Intercompany doesn't have the attachment that was attached to the source intercompany batch.
Is this the normal behavior?
