ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Average Weekly Earnings field not shown when loading Maternity Record via PersonAbsenceEntry HDL
When manually creating a maternity record the "Legislative Information" is displayed with the field "Override Average Weekly Earnings". However when loading via HDL there is nothing showing in the Legislative Information section.
