Symptoms
The user is getting Error JBO-26041 when processing ALL Requisitions, the requisitions are not converted into purchase orders.

Error JBO-26041 when generating PO from requisition
Message area: Programmatic
Message source: Middleware
Cause: Some database error occurred while posting (writing) an entity to the database. This error normally carries a detail exception from the database which will give further information about the database failure.
Corrective actions: Look at the details of the exception and address the database problem.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Process Requisition
2. getting Error JBO-26041 Failed to post data to the database during "{0}": SQL Statement "{1}".
3. unable to process the requisitions farther
