Symptoms

Edit Order
Unable to change Requester Name in a Purchase Order generated from Planned Order Requisition.



Steps to Reproduce:

1. Requisition is created from Planning Central/Planned Order
2. Sign on as Buyer
3. Go to Process Requisition
4. Select requisition line
5. Create Order
6. Purchase Order is created.
7. Edit Document - Purchase Order

Header shows
Status = Incomplete
Buyer = <buyer name>
Requester = <requester name>
Field Requester is disabled for Editing
