Symptoms
Executing REST API using POST throws the following exception.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Either in SOAP UI or Curl command using POST method
2. Create the header and provide details
2. Execute the REST API for e.g. Miscellaneous Issue
3. Above error is thrown
