R13: cannot edit contact information within benefits ESS


R13: Employee attempted to edit a contact's address and phone but was unable to do so. This contact was formerly an intern, but has since been terminated. It makes sense for a contact to be uneditable if they are employed by the same company, as they should maintain their own contact information within the system. However, if the contact is a terminated employee, their information should be editable in order to keep it up-to-date. We would like to raise an enhancement request to make this terminated contact's information editable.
