Fusion Compensation: WFC: Unable to edit or delete Attachments on Compensation Worksheet (Doc ID 2438147.1)

Goal

Attachments to the attachment column of the compensation worksheet page of Workforce Compensation, are not able to be edited or deleted from the worksheet once added. If the attachment has a name that is long enough to cover the plus sign shown under the attachments, it is unable to edit or delete the attachment once attached.
