On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Manage Benefits
When attempting to process the benefit life event,
the following error occurs.

PAY-1635919-PAY RELATIONSHIP, EMPLOYMENT TERMS, OR ASSIGNMENT PASSED ARE INVALID
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Benefit Enrollment under Benefits Administartion
2. Search for employee
3. Click the Person Life event on the Tasks button
4. Select Create button to select Administrative Life event under Potential Life event and save.
5. Then select Process Life event from the tasks button and then select Evaluate Life events and save.
