Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Booking History not visible in the plan

User loaded Booking History measures. The load completed without any errors, and the table MSC_MEASURE_DATA shows bookings data in the table. Plan was run (based on Shipments History) and while Shipments History measures are visible in the tables the Booking History data is not visible in the plan.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Bookings History should be visible in the table.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load Booking History - Book Item Book Date
2. Load Shipments History - Ship Item Ship Date
3. Run Plan.
4. Open Table to validate.
