Goal
The requirement is to Auto create Purchase Orders in incomplete state for requisitions generated in approved state via Min Max Planning.
- Blanket Purchase Agreements for such items with the Suppliers are NOT maintained.
- Approved Supplier List can be for such items.
Users expect that Purchase Orders should be auto created in incomplete state and the supplier should be picked from Approved Suppliers List (without Blanket Purchase Agreement) and the item price to be picked from the item master.
This will help the buyers to negotiate with the supplier populated on the Purchase Order for the price before they submit the Purchase Order for approval.
How can this be achieved?
