Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Default Ship-to Location is modified by the system

User insert in the purchase order header a "Default Ship-to Location" different from the seeded value that comes from the setup.
When user insert information at line level, the "Default Ship-to Location" in the header section is changed automatically by the system

This is a bad issue because is not intended by the user, user already select the Ship to location. this issue does not allow to insert new items on the purchase order because the location is assigned to different warehouses. This situation create confusion and a lot of time is spent with no value.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The value for the Default Ship-to Location to remain the same after adding the item in the PO

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new PO, and provide a value for Default Ship-to Location in the popup
2. Open the PO, and see the value displayed
3. Add from catalog the item
4. Review again the PO, and see the value for Default Ship-to Location changed.
