Notifications Not Visible In Administrative Task Panel (Doc ID 2474736.1)

Symptoms

After the 11.13.18.10 patch update  the newly created notifications are not visible in the Administrative Task panel.   The person who is the approver can see the notification in the worklist and receives an email approval.  The administrator can see tasks created before upgrade but not tasks that were created after upgrade

Administrators expect task numbers to be searchable in the BPM worklist .
