Symptoms

Observed Behavior:

After creating a report that includes a parameter LOV based on a custom query, find all the report parameters are disabled

Expected Behavior:

After creating a report that includes a parameter LOV based on a custom query, all the report parameters are enabled

Steps:

1. Create a custom report with parameters.

2. On one parameter create custom SQL to return a list of values.

3. When running the report, find all the parameters are disabled.
