On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Customer Account Details
WRONG DEFAULT VALUE FOR SHIP-TO ADDRESS IN ORDER MANAGEMENT
Why when creating an order in Order management area the field "Ship-to Address" is populated with an address which is not the Primary address set by the customer
When creating an order in Order management the field "Ship-to Address" should be populated with Primary Address.
Due to this issue, users cannot create orders with correct information.
As per Bug 29396129 - WRONG DEFAULT VALUE FOR SHIP-TO ADDRESS IN ORDER MANAGEMENT, the default SHIP-TO ADDRESS IN ORDER MANAGEMENT is determined by the field HZ_PARTY_SITE_USES.PRIMARY_PER_TYPE.
The customers used in DOO are defined in Receivables but at the moment this field is not exposed at all, neither in UI neither in the interfaces. It can be only updated by using FoundationPartiesOrganizationService as per Doc 29024166 - UPDATE DOCS FOR DEFAULT BEHAVIOR OF SHIP-TO ADDRESS
Users needs this field exposed in AR Customer UI or at least in the Customer FBDI import template.
