Symptoms

While loading Item Categories data from EBS to SCP Cloud, Load Entity process for entity ITEM_CATSET_CAT_ASSIGNMENT is erring
 

ERROR
The combination of values provided for the attribute list CATEGORY_SET_NAME-CATEGORY_NAME-ITEM_NAME must be unique


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. file import and export
2. Load Planning Data from Files
