Symptoms


Upload Ledger, Legal Entities, and Business Units ending in error and the Primary Ledger status is also in Error

ERROR
-----------------------
Error: Identifying Jurisdiction does not exist for country: <CountryName> and Ledger is in error status because of the following error:
PublishHierarchies: List of Valuesets passed: <ValueSetId>
Dimension Member Alias validation returned failure status for all the COA(i.e. Chart of Accounts) for Value set Id list <ValueSetId>

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare Rapid Implementation Sheet with Ledger, COA (i.e. Chart of Accounts) values & Calendar details
2. Upload the Sheet to Fusion General Ledger
3. Run Upload Ledger, Legal Entities, and Business Units and check the status of the process
4. Also check the related Ledger created with error status

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, we are unable to proceed with further Subledger configurations
