Import Classification Rules Created The Credit Categories In a Different Business Unit (Doc ID 2546267.1)

Symptoms

User imported the Classification Rules for business unit "Consumer BU".  
The Classification Rules were created for the correct business unit but the Credit Categories were created under a different business unit "Enterprise BU".

STEPS
1. Export out the Classification Rule from Test
2. Import the Classification Rule into Production
   Navigator > Compensation Plans > Manage Rule Import Processes
      Request Name = Consumer CLASS-Rule-Import
      Business Unit = Consumer BU
      File Name = CBU-IC-Classification-Rule-Top.xml
      Rule Name Prefix = blank
      Rule Name Suffix = blank
      Start Date = blank
      End Date = blank
    ... SUBMIT , request_id = 39921
3. View Manage Credit Categories and can not find the credit categories under business unit "Consumer BU".
   They are under business unit "Enterprise BU"
