SOP: Resource Availability blank /not calculated in SOP (Doc ID 2552541.1)

Symptoms

While loading Resources into Planning through FBDI, data is loaded successfully but resource availability is blank i.e. not calculated in SOP.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load ScpResourcesImportTemplate.xlsm with appropriate details and making resource available 24 hours
2. collect data into planning from Plan inputs --> Collect planning data from flat files
3. once loaded, open resources table and drill to resource availability
4. resource availability data is null
