Can We Update Purchase Order Line Schedule Status As CLOSED By Using Web Service?

Requirement 

Closing Purchase Order Line Schedule will work from UI (Navigating to PO Line ->Schedule Details -> Action and then ‘Close) Is it possible to close the PO line schedule to Closed using web service?
