BICC Extract Unable To Extract GL CCIDS (Doc ID 2558304.1)

Goal

In BICC (Business Intelligence Cloud Connector), there is a delivered VO called “FscmTopModelAM.FinGlAccountsCodeComboAM.CodeCombinationPVO”. It is supposed to allow the extraction of data from the GL_CODE_COMBINATIONS table. However, it is giving an empty extract. Tried to follow the advice in Doc ID 2403697.1 but the extract is still empty.
