Symptoms
CTO Item (Model) having same option class (Component) is failing to load at FBDI Step.
The following error is seen in the Load Entity process log:
ERROR
A record already exists with the same combination of values for the key attributes ITEM_NAME, ORGANIZATION_CODE.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Populate the Items template with the same Source Instance, Item and Organization combination but using a different Base Item Number (Model)
2. Generate the csv file, zip the file and upload to UCM.
3. Run the Load Planning from Flat Files process
4. Hit the error.
