User is not able to find the account rule that he has created in the JERS for receipt accounting.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User should able to find the account rule that he has created in the JERS for receipt accounting.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create mapping set
2. Create account rule and attach the mapping set
3. search for the account rule for the event in JERS
