Symptoms

Salary information for many Employees are not showing up in the BICCC Extract file . When queried for these employees from OTBI Subject Area or Physical queries from BIP , they show valid Salary data . Since BICC PVOs cannot be edited we need Oracle to diagnose and resolve the issue on why some Employees' salary despite being present in HCM dont show up on the file even on a full Extract.
