Purpose

Idea Labs is a special channel on Oracle Cloud Services where you can submit and vote on ideas, receive updates on the Idea’s status and collaborate directly with Development. You know better than anyone what you want from Oracle, so we want you to tell us about it—big or small, simple or revolutionary. Idea Labs is there to receive your suggestions for making our Cloud-based services better.

This document explains the process of submitting Ideas through the Oracle Cloud Customer Connect Idea Labs.
This new process will replace the existing procedure (currently done via a Service Request in My Oracle Support), and make logging Product Enhancements simpler, transparent, and faster for customers.

 

Scope

This document explains the process of submitting Ideas through the Oracle Cloud Customer Connect Idea Labs. This new process replaces the existing Enhancement Request (ER) logging procedure via Service Requests (SRs).
