Qn1:On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Financial Reporting and Analysis

Row and column totals containing #Missing values results to error.

Why financial reports were created in FRS. Row and column totals containing missing cell values results to error?
User found a possible solution which involves the JConsole. for MissingValuesAreZeroInFormulas but the user is not sure on how to effect it.
 
Qn2:If user add two cells whose values are <>, the result is an error. This is because the GetCell function is a text reference?

Is there a way where there can be added 2 values of said format above?
