Symptoms

Actual Behavior:
Purchase Order Approval Notification to Approver does not show View Order Link

Expected Behavior
Expect to see View Order Link in Approval Notification sent to Approver so that they can review Order before taking approval

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Fusion Applications
2. Create Purchase Order and Submit for Approval
3. Approver Receives Notification
4. In the Notification View Order Link is not present
