Fusion SCP: In Planning Security, while creating Data Access Set, can't find custom levels (Doc ID 2587085.1)

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Demand Management UI

In Administer Planning Security,while creating data access set, we can't find custom levels

Login to Cloud-> Supply Chain Planning ->Plan Inputs -> go to tasks->Administer Planning Security -->Create a data access set-->add details -->select entity=customer --> in the level drop down only customer and customer class are available
We can't find any other user defined level
