Favorites and Recent Items Add to Favorites Fails (Doc ID 2595500.1)

Symptoms

When customers use the Add to Favorites functionality in the Favorites and Recent Items dialog. When customer attempts to use the "Favorites and Recent Items" -> "Add to Favorites" functionality, the Change is never added to the favorites.

  1. Create and Save a new Quality Issue
  2. Using the Favorites and Recent Items panel select the "Favorites" tab

  3. Select Add to Favorites

  4. See Add to Favorites dialog does not allow to actually add to My Favorite Issues OOB report
