'Skills And Qualifications' Page Is Not Working Properly On Mobile (Doc ID 2597127.1)

Goal

On 19C, V1 Profile and have enabled the Mobile option for page entry of 'Skills and Qualifications'.

However, the page opened on mobile is not auto-fit, users are not able to view or edit the details properly.

Profile value of Profile options:
ORA_HRT_USER_INTERFACE_REDESIGN - Y
ORA_HRT_PROFILE_DATA_MIGRATED - Null
HCM_RESPONSIVE_PAGES_ENABLED - Y
