On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Receipt accounting
Question

Customer trying to create receipt accounting distributions but launch the process the Bill to Business Unit LOV doesn't show us any BU. Customer have the Receipt Accounting role and that role have the BU data access.
Its mandatory to assign cost accountant role in order to create receipt accounting? Is it possible to create receipt accounting only with Procurement and Self Service license?
