On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Demand Plan

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Performance issue with one of the 6 demand plans XXXX DEMAND.

Now each plan takes apporx 90 minutes to finish .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Less time is expected for the plan finish .

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Run the demand plan .

2. Plan takes more than 90 minutes to finish.
