FA: SCM: SCP: Transfer Order Load into SCP Cloud is Rejected With Error (Doc ID 2605042.1)

Symptoms

When trying to load the transfer order from EBS,following error occurs:
1. The attribute NEW_ORDER_QUANTITY must have a value greater than 0
2. The attribute SOURCE_SUBINVENTORY_CODE/SUBINVENTORY_CODE cannot be null.
3. The attribute NEED_BY_DATE cannot be null.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run concurrent program "Extract data for Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud" in EBS to extract data from EBS
2. Download the zip file generated from EBS directory
3. Upload into SCP Cloud UCM directory. Navigation --> File Import and Export --> Click + sign --> Choose the zip file
4. Run "Load Planning Data from Files"
