Symptoms
On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Manage Budgets-Close Budgets
When attempting to import budget balances from PBCS, the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
The segment value in segment {CB_SEGMENT} is invalid for this control budget because a segment without trees can only be budgeted by detailed segment value.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import control budget details from PBCS to Cloud ERP
2. It fails with above errors in the execution report
