Third Party Control Account Cannot Work for Payment Request in Oracle Cloud (Doc ID 2611645.1)

Symptoms

Create Accounting for "Payment Request" ending in error due "Third Party Control Account"

We have enabled the "Third Party Control Account" for liability account and when run the create accounting process this is ending in warning with the following error:

Please provide a third party name and third party site for each subledger journal entry line that uses a control account.

The error is only for Invoice type "PAYMENT REQUEST"
