Accrual Reconciliation Report xlsx version doesn't publish Accrual balances at the header.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

expect Accrual balances at the header a published Accrual Reconciliation Report xlsx version. Should be the same as HTML

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run accrual reconciliation report
2. republish in xls
3. Accrual balances at the header not published
