Manage Purchasing Document Approvals/Edit Approval Rules

Attempted to create an approval rule to address both agreements and purchase order approvals, but an error is being retrieved:

Each operator must have two or more children conditions or operators. (POR-2010609)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Manage Purchasing Document Approvals
2. Set up an approval rule as follows:
AND
  Document Type is in (Blanket Purchase Agreement, Contract Purchase Agreement)
  Agreement Amount Between <amount1>and <amount2>
  OR
  Document Type equals Purchase Order
  Document Ordered amount equals <amount3>

2. Error message is returned
Each operator must have two or more children conditions or operators. (POR-2010609)
