Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Payroll team uses <Note 2086251.1> Oracle Fusion HRMS (US): Payroll Reconciliation and <Note 1944400.1> Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management for the United States: End-of-Year Processing Guide to reconcile each pay period, quarter, and year end.

For year end that document recommends that the Employee Active Payroll Balance report be used to reconcile the W2 register and the third party extracts.

However, the Employee Active Payroll Balance for US report is missing hundreds of employees when run for year end.

Why are employees not being returned in the Employee Active Payroll Balance Report for US?
