Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The future forecast demand on end item (XXXX) were not generating planned orders against it in constrained plan
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
We expect planned orders to get generated .
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. All the required setup are in place .
2. Run the constrained Supply plan .
3. The Planned orders for item XXXX are not getting generated .
