Goal

Manage Segments Groups and Criteria is not available post upgrade to 20A

After updating the environment to 20A users are not able to see 'Manage Segment Groups and Criteria', 'Manage Segment Members' or 'View Segmentation Summary' in the task list in Demand Management.
