Symptoms

Item does not appear in LOV of Work Requirement in Maintenance Program

Steps To Reproduce:
------------------------
1. Create an item in PIM with Maintenance flag enabled
2. Create Assets for the Item in Maintenance
3. Navigate to 'Manage Maintenance Program' and Create a Maintenance program and a work requirement
4. Select the Item Option and search for the item in LOV
