STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use Manage Sources' task in the Fusion Accounting HUB cloud
2. assign a Lookup Type with a source
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add a lookup type to a source
