Goal
User wants to add an Employee under the Contact List of the Contract party.
The steps are:
Contract -> Parties -> Party Contact.
Currently, only Employee which has been set as Resource is showed in the Contact list.
User wants to understand if there is any way if they can add the Employee who is not as a resource in the system as a party contact?
